We are able to see clients funded by Medicare with a current and valid Mental Health Care Plan or clients paying privately.
Please contact your private health insurer to determine your out-of-pocket expense. Full payment is required on the day. An invoice will be emailed to you. We can process Medicare rebates on your behalf. Please bring your Mental Health Care Plan to your first appointment.
Standard consultation fee: $220 Current Medicare rebate per session: $137.05 Out-of-pocket expense per session: $82.95
We aim to provide the best possible care to all of our clients. We know that you will get the most benefit if you attend your appointments as agreed with your psychologist. However, we understand that you may need to cancel or postpone an appointment. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment as cancellations have a flow-on effect in that other clients waiting to be seen may miss out.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, you may be charged $100 for the missed appointment.
Repeated cancellations may result in the termination of sessions.
Please note that cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare.
